Our team, consisting of 30 distinct individuals from the Rhine and Ruhr regions, collaborates harmoniously, working with and for each other. What brings us together? Above all, it's our shared passion for transforming content into meticulously designed and developed digital experiences of the highest quality! Alongside our work, we also share a love for copious amounts of coffee and Fritz Cola, partake in “flock” events for casual chats and lively dancing, and relish the overall "I enjoy being here" sentiment.

In a beta organization, the principle of "pay the person, not the position" takes precedence. This means that each team member receives an individual basic salary determined by their value to the organization and market worth. The aim is for each team member to be able to live comfortably on this basic salary. The objective is to avoid extreme pay gaps within the organization. This approach ensures that compensation is tailored to the unique contributions and value each individual brings to the team, fostering a more equitable and inclusive work environment.

The beta structure is built on multi-skilled individuals, meaning that no one in the team is confined to a single role. For example, if there's a need for a crucial skill to successfully execute projects or enhance the team's recruiting efforts, the expectation is that individuals can and should develop that expertise.
